Each Horological Machine project will have its own dedicated collective of talented horological technicians and artists: its Friends. These Friends provide the diverse skills and knowledge necessary to bring radical and exciting concepts to fruition.

The collective will vary for each project to keep creativity at a peak and to maximise the talents of each member. Working in cohesive hyper-creative teams, the goal is to take their work seriously - not themselves. MB&F is above all a human adventure where everyone involved is credited for their essential role.
