If one wonders why the sculpture is transformable... well, the reason is simple. The artist Xia Hang, was born and raised in China. A place constantly changing and constantly evolving. He didn't want his pieces, "babies", to evolve in a static universe where his art remains the same and doesn't move. Therefore, he decided to give life in a way to his sculpture allowing them to change appearance.
