WHEN DID YOU FIRST MEET MAX?
I first met Max in Singapore, on 8 July 2010, when he was presenting Horological Machine N°4 “Thunderbolt”. I knew of the brand before, but this was the first time I had actually held a Machine in my hand and spoken to Max in person. It’s appropriate that the Machine in this encounter was the Thunderbolt, because that’s how it hit me. A coup de foudre. It was a St-Paul-on-the-road-to-Damascus kind of experience, and it converted me for life.
WHY BE PART OF THE MB&F ADVENTURE?
If you have the chance to be a part of something special, what do you do? If you have the chance to be a part of something you believe in, what do you do? If you have the chance to work with people you respect, on things that excite you, why do anything else?
